Shipping & Final Sale Policy
All shipped orders are final once the item has left our store.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on shipped items after they have been dispatched. This policy applies to all products, including sealed items, single cards, collectibles, and accessories.
Orders shipped without tracking do not include insurance. By selecting an untracked shipping option, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the shipment once it has left our store. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages sent without tracking.
Please ensure your shipping address and order details are accurate before completing your purchase. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items received. Issues reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
